What then should we say? That the Law is sinful? Absolutely not! Yet if it had not been for the Law, I would not have known what sin was. I would not have known what covet is if the Law had not said, “You shall not covet.” Romans 7:7	What shall we say then? Is the law sin? May it never be! However, I wouldn’t have known sin except through the law. For I wouldn’t have known coveting unless the law had said, “You shall not covet.” sin law desires
One who is covetous will never be satisfied with money, nor will the lover of wealth be content with gain. This too is vanity. Ecclesiastes 5:9	He who loves silver shall not be satisfied with silver, nor he who loves abundance, with increase. This also is vanity. money greed materialism
