See what love the Father has bestowed on us, enabling us to be called the children of God, and that is what we are. If the world does not recognize us, that is because it did not know him. 1 John 3:1	See what kind of love the Father has given to us, that we should be called children of God; and so we are. This is how we can be certain that we abide in him and that he abides in us: he has given us a share in his Spirit.
