Come now, let us reason together, says the Lord: though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red like crimson, they shall become like wool. How much more will the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without blemish to God, purify our conscience from dead works to serve the living God. Hebrews 9:14	Just think how much more the blood of Christ will purify our consciences from sinful deeds so that we can worship the living God. For by the power of the eternal Spirit, Christ offered himself to God as a perfect sacrifice for our sins. Jesus Spirit purification
For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith for faith, as it is written, “The righteous shall live by faith.” Romans 1:17	This Good News tells us how God makes us right in his sight. This is accomplished from start to finish by faith. As the Scriptures say, “It is through faith that a righteous person has life.” faith righteousness salvation
I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship. Romans 12:1	And so, dear brothers and sisters, I plead with you to give your bodies to God because of all he has done for you. Let them be a living and holy sacrifice—the kind he will find acceptable. This is truly the way to worship him. mercy holiness obedience
Put on then, as God's chosen ones, holy and beloved, compassionate hearts, kindness, humility, meekness, and patience. Colossians 3:12	Since God chose you to be the holy people he loves, you must clothe yourselves with tenderhearted mercy, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience. humility gentleness patience
In the day of prosperity be joyful, and in the day of adversity consider: God has made the one as well as the other, so that man may not find out anything that will be after him. Ecclesiastes 7:14	Enjoy prosperity while you can, but when hard times strike, realize that both come from God. Remember that nothing is certain in this life. joy life dependence
Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. 2 Corinthians 9:7	You must each decide in your heart how much to give. And don’t give reluctantly or in response to pressure. “For God loves a person who gives cheerfully.” joy giving heart
For nothing will be impossible with God. Luke 1:37	For the word of God will never fail. miracles overcoming almighty
And forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. Matthew 6:12	And forgive us our sins, as we have forgiven those who sin against us. debt forgiveness prayer
And the Lord restored the fortunes of Job, when he had prayed for his friends. And the Lord gave Job twice as much as he had before. Job 42:10	When Job prayed for his friends, the Lord restored his fortunes. In fact, the Lord gave him twice as much as before! prayer blessing money
For there is one God, and there is one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus. 1 Timothy 2:5	For, There is one God and one Mediator who can reconcile God and humanity—the man Christ Jesus. God Jesus mediator
Even as the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many. Matthew 20:28	For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve others and to give his life as a ransom for many. Jesus serving sacrifice
And the Lord commanded us to do all these statutes, to fear the Lord our God, for our good always, that he might preserve us alive, as we are this day. Deuteronomy 6:24	And the Lord our God commanded us to obey all these decrees and to fear him so he can continue to bless us and preserve our lives, as he has done to this day. obedience blessing law
On God rests my salvation and my glory; my mighty rock, my refuge is God. Psalm 62:7	My victory and honor come from God alone. He is my refuge, a rock where no enemy can reach me. trust God salvation
Beloved, we are God's children now, and what we will be has not yet appeared; but we know that when he appears we shall be like him, because we shall see him as he is. And everyone who thus hopes in him purifies himself as he is pure. 1 John 3:2-3	Dear friends, we are already God’s children, but he has not yet shown us what we will be like when Christ appears. But we do know that we will be like him, for we will see him as he really is. And all who have this eager expectation will keep themselves pure, just as he is pure. purification family heaven
In God, whose word I praise, in God I trust; I shall not be afraid. What can flesh do to me? Psalm 56:4	I praise God for what he has promised. I trust in God, so why should I be afraid? What can mere mortals do to me? trust fear Word of God
But, as it is written, “What no eye has seen, nor ear heard, nor the heart of man imagined, what God has prepared for those who love him” 1 Corinthians 2:9	That is what the Scriptures mean when they say, “No eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no mind has imagined what God has prepared for those who love him.” love reward
Look carefully then how you walk, not as unwise but as wise, making the best use of the time, because the days are evil. Ephesians 5:15-16	So be careful how you live. Don’t live like fools, but like those who are wise. Make the most of every opportunity in these evil days. wisdom life mind
If anyone destroys God's temple, God will destroy him. For God's temple is holy, and you are that temple. 1 Corinthians 3:17	God will destroy anyone who destroys this temple. For God’s temple is holy, and you are that temple. church community holiness
And a second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself. Matthew 22:39	A second is equally important: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ law neighbor love
You therefore must be perfect, as your heavenly Father is perfect. Matthew 5:48	But you are to be perfect, even as your Father in heaven is perfect. Father holiness
Preserve me, O God, for in you I take refuge. Psalm 16:1	Keep me safe, O God, for I have come to you for refuge. trust dependence protection
As you do not know the way the spirit comes to the bones in the womb of a woman with child, so you do not know the work of God who makes everything. Ecclesiastes 11:5	Just as you cannot understand the path of the wind or the mystery of a tiny baby growing in its mother’s womb, so you cannot understand the activity of God, who does all things. God understanding

But as for you, O man of God, flee these things. Pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, steadfastness, gentleness.

But you, Timothy, are a man of God; so run from all these evil things. Pursue righteousness and a godly life, along with faith, love, perseverance, and gentleness.
