What shall we say about such wonderful things as these? If God is for us, who can ever be against us? Romans 8:31	What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? God encouragement protection

But you are not like that, for you are a chosen people. You are royal priests, a holy nation, God’s very own possession. As a result, you can show others the goodness of God, for he called you out of the darkness into his wonderful light. 1 Peter 2:9	But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light. evangelism salvation holiness

And the Lord our God commanded us to obey all these decrees and to fear him so he can continue to bless us and preserve our lives, as he has done to this day. God blesses those whose hearts are pure, for they will see God. Matthew 5:8	Blessed are the pure in heart, For they shall see God. honesty blessing heart
A second is equally important: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ Matthew 22:39	And the second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ law neighbor love
Our hearts ache, but we always have joy. We are poor, but we give spiritual riches to others. We own nothing, and yet we have everything. 2 Corinthians 6:10	As sorrowful, yet always rejoicing; as poor, yet making many rich; as having nothing, and yet possessing all things. sadness joy money
God chose things despised by the world, things counted as nothing at all, and used them to bring to nothing what the world considers important. This Good News tells us how God makes us right in his sight. This is accomplished from start to finish by faith. As the Scriptures say, “It is through faith that a righteous person has life.” Romans 1:17	For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, “The just shall live by faith.” faith righteousness salvation
But you are to be perfect, even as your Father in heaven is perfect. Matthew 5:48	Therefore you shall be perfect, just as your Father in heaven is perfect. Father holiness
I praise God for what he has promised. I trust in God, so why should I be afraid? What can mere mortals do to me? Psalm 56:4	In God (I will praise His word), In God I have put my trust; I will not fear. What can flesh do to me? trust fear Word of God
For God is not unjust. He will not forget how hard you have worked for him and how you have shown your love to him by caring for other believers, as you still do. Hebrews 6:10	For God is not unjust to forget your work and labor of love which you have shown toward His name, in that you have ministered to the saints, and do minister. righteousness work serving

Just as you cannot understand the path of the wind or the mystery of a tiny baby growing in its mother’s womb, so you cannot understand the activity of God, who does all things. Ecclesiastes 11:5	As you do not know what is the way of the wind, Or how the bones grow in the womb of her who is with child, So you do not know the works of God who makes everything. For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve others and to give his life as a ransom for many. Matthew 20:28	Just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many. Jesus serving sacrifice
I love the Lord because he hears my voice and my prayer for mercy. Because he bends down to listen, I will pray as long as I have breath! Psalm 116:1-2	I love the Lord, because He has heard My voice and my supplications. Because He has inclined His ear to me, Therefore I will call upon Him as long as I live. love worship listening
No one has ever seen God. But if we love each other, God lives in us, and his love is brought to full expression in us. 1 John 4:12	No one has seen God at any time. If we love one another, God abides in us, and His love has been perfected in us. love God neighbor
No one has ever seen God. But the unique One, who is himself God, is near to the Father’s heart. He has revealed God to us. John 1:18	No one has seen God at any time. The only begotten Son, who is in the bosom of the Father, He has declared Him. Jesus Father nearness

We all come to the end of our lives as naked and empty-handed as on the day we were born. We can’t take our riches with us.

As he came from his mother’s womb, naked shall he return, To go as he came; And he shall take nothing from his labor Which he may carry away in his hand.
