| Yahweh himself is who goes before you. He will be with you. He will not fail you nor forsake you. Don’t be afraid. Don’t be discouraged. | And the Lord, he it is that doth go before thee; he will be with thee, he will not fail thee, neither forsake thee: fear not, neither be dismayed. |
| Be strong and courageous. Don’t be afraid or scared of them, for Yahweh your God himself is who goes with you. | The fear of Yahweh teaches wisdom. Before honor is humility. | The fear of the Lord is the instruction of wisdom; and before honour is humility. |
| Not to us, Yahweh, not to us, but to your name give glory, for your loving kindness, and for your truth’s sake. | Not unto us, O Lord, not unto us, but unto thy name give glory, for thy mercy, and for thy truth's sake. |
| Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers. | Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth. |
| A prudent man sees danger and takes refuge; but the simple pass on, and suffer for it. | A prudent man foreseeth the evil, and hideth himself; but the simple pass on, and are punished. |
