Good faith (2/4)

Trust in the Lord, and do good; so you will live in the land, and enjoy security.Trust in the Lord and do good; Live in the land and cultivate faithfulness.
I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. From now on there is reserved for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, will give me on that day, and not only to me but also to all who have longed for his appearing.I have fought the good fight, I have finished the course, I have kept the faith; in the future there is reserved for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day; and not only to me, but also to all who have loved His appearing.
Look at the proud! Their spirit is not right in them, but the righteous live by their faith.Behold, as for the impudent one, His soul is not right within him; But the righteous one will live by his faith.
O taste and see that the Lord is good; happy are those who take refuge in him.Taste and see that the Lord is good; How blessed is the man who takes refuge in Him!

Each of us must please our neighbor for the good purpose of building up the neighbor.Each of us is to please his neighbor for his good, to his edification.

For he satisfies the thirsty, and the hungry he fills with good things.For He has satisfied the thirsty soul, And He has filled the hungry soul with what is good.

By faith he received power of procreation, even though he was too old—and Sarah herself was barren—because he considered him faithful who had promised.By faith even Sarah herself received ability to conceive, even beyond the proper time of life, since she considered Him faithful who had promised.
And without faith it is impossible to please God, for whoever would approach him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who seek him.And without faith it is impossible to please Him, for the one who comes to God must believe that He exists, and that He proves to be One who rewards those who seek Him.

Examine yourselves to see whether you are living in the faith. Test yourselves. Do you not realize that Jesus Christ is in you?—unless, indeed, you fail to meet the test!Test yourselves to see if you are in the faith; examine yourselves! Or do you not recognize this about yourselves, that Jesus Christ is in you—unless indeed you fail the test?
