And he cried out and said, ‘Father Abraham, have mercy on me and send Lazarus, so that he may dip the tip of his finger in water and cool off my tongue, for I am in agony in this flame.’ | And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments, and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom. | He will again take pity on us; He will trample on our wrongdoings. Yes, You will cast all their sins Into the depths of the sea. | He will turn again, he will have compassion upon us; he will subdue our iniquities; and thou wilt cast all their sins into the depths of the sea. |
| The Lord is good, A stronghold in the day of trouble, And He knows those who take refuge in Him. | The Lord is good, a strong hold in the day of trouble; and he knoweth them that trust in him. |
| So then, when the Lord Jesus had spoken to them, He was received up into heaven and sat down at the right hand of God. | So then after the Lord had spoken unto them, he was received up into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God. |

| So the other disciple who had first come to the tomb also entered then, and he saw and believed. For they did not yet understand the Scripture, that He must rise from the dead. | Then went in also that other disciple, which came first to the sepulchre, and he saw, and believed. For as yet they knew not the scripture, that he must rise again from the dead. |
