If your brother sins against you, rebuke him; and if he repents, forgive him. And if he sins against you seven times in a day, and seven times in a day returns to you, saying, ‘I repent,’ you shall forgive him.If another disciple sins, you must rebuke the offender, and if there is repentance, you must forgive. Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us.And this is the boldness we have in him, that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us.
But whoever has this world’s goods, and sees his brother in need, and shuts up his heart from him, how does the love of God abide in him?How does God's love abide in anyone who has the world's goods and sees a brother or sister in need and yet refuses help?
Surely He has borne our griefs And carried our sorrows; Yet we esteemed Him stricken, Smitten by God, and afflicted.Surely he has borne our infirmities and carried our diseases; yet we accounted him stricken, struck down by God, and afflicted.
For I determined not to know anything among you except Jesus Christ and Him crucified.For I decided to know nothing among you except Jesus Christ, and him crucified.
