No one has seen God at any time; God the only Son, who is in the arms of the Father, He has explained Him. | No man hath seen God at any time, the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him. |
Therefore I urge you, brothers and sisters, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living and holy sacrifice, acceptable to God, which is your spiritual service of worship. | I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. |

Know therefore that the Lord your God, He is God, the faithful God, who keeps His covenant and His faithfulness to a thousand generations for those who love Him and keep His commandments. | Know therefore that the Lord thy God, he is God, the faithful God, which keepeth covenant and mercy with them that love him and keep his commandments to a thousand generations. |
But our God is in the heavens; He does whatever He pleases. | But our God is in the heavens: he hath done whatsoever he hath pleased. |
Do you not know that you are a temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you? | Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you? |
Then the Lord God said, “It is not good for the man to be alone; I will make him a helper suitable for him.” | And the Lord God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him. |
I do not nullify the grace of God, for if righteousness comes through the Law, then Christ died needlessly. | I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vain. |
“Therefore say to them, ‘This is what the Lord God says: “None of My words will be delayed any longer. For to us God revealed them through the Spirit; for the Spirit searches all things, even the depths of God. | But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God. |
In the same way, I tell you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents. | Likewise, I say unto you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner that repenteth. |
Sober up morally and stop sinning, for some have no knowledge of God. I say this to your shame. | Awake to righteousness, and sin not; for some have not the knowledge of God: I speak this to your shame. |
Behold, God is my helper; The Lord is the sustainer of my soul. | Behold, God is mine helper: the Lord is with them that uphold my soul. |
Therefore be imitators of God, as beloved children. | Be ye therefore followers of God, as dear children. |
For it is written: “As I live, says the Lord, to Me every knee will bow, And every tongue will give praise to God.” | For it is written, As I live, saith the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God. |
My soul waits in silence for God alone; From Him comes my salvation. | Truly my soul waiteth upon God: from him cometh my salvation. |
My soul, wait in silence for God alone, For my hope is from Him. | My soul, wait thou only upon God; for my expectation is from him. |
I have been crucified with Christ; and it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself up for me. | I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me. |
And because the midwives feared God, He established households for them. | And it came to pass, because the midwives feared God, that he made them houses. |
Arise, Lord; God, lift up Your hand. Do not forget the humble. | Arise, O Lord; O God, lift up thine hand: forget not the humble. |
Jesus responded and said to him, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless someone is born again he cannot see the kingdom of God.” | Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. |
