Bible Verses about 'It'

Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due, When it is in your power to do it.Withhold not good from them to whom it is due, when it is in the power of thine hand to do it.
If the world hates you, you know that it has hated Me before it hated you.If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you.
The one who has found his life will lose it, and the one who has lost his life on My account will find it.He that findeth his life shall lose it: and he that loseth his life for my sake shall find it.
So will My word be which goes out of My mouth; It will not return to Me empty, Without accomplishing what I desire, And without succeeding in the purpose for which I sent it.So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.
Now no one lights a lamp and covers it over with a container, or puts it under a bed; but he puts it on a lampstand so that those who come in may see the light. No man, when he hath lighted a candle, covereth it with a vessel, or putteth it under a bed; but setteth it on a candlestick, that they which enter in may see the light.
For whoever wants to save his life will lose it; but whoever loses his life for My sake will find it.For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: and whosoever will lose his life for my sake shall find it.
For whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake, this is the one who will save it.For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: but whosoever will lose his life for my sake, the same shall save it.
A highway will be there, a roadway, And it will be called the Highway of Holiness. The unclean will not travel on it, But it will be for the one who walks that way, And fools will not wander on it.And an highway shall be there, and a way, and it shall be called The way of holiness; the unclean shall not pass over it; but it shall be for those: the wayfaring men, though fools, shall not err therein.
Anxiety in a person’s heart weighs it down, But a good word makes it glad.Heaviness in the heart of man maketh it stoop: but a good word maketh it glad.
It is the blessing of the Lord that makes rich, And He adds no sorrow to it.The blessing of the Lord, it maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow with it.
Now while they were eating, Jesus took some bread, and after a blessing, He broke it and gave it to the disciples, and said, “Take, eat; this is My body.”And as they were eating, Jesus took bread, and blessed it, and brake it, and gave it to the disciples, and said, Take, eat; this is my body.
Now if your right eye is causing you to sin, tear it out and throw it away from you; for it is better for you to lose one of the parts of your body, than for your whole body to be thrown into hell. And if thy right eye offend thee, pluck it out, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell.
Turn from evil and do good; Seek peace and pursue it.Depart from evil, and do good; seek peace, and pursue it.
Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.
Love is patient, love is kind, it is not jealous; love does not brag, it is not arrogant. It does not act disgracefully, it does not seek its own benefit; it is not provoked, does not keep an account of a wrong suffered.Charity suffereth long, and is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up, Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil.
For whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake and the gospel’s will save it.For whosoever will save his life shall lose it; but whosoever shall lose his life for my sake and the gospel's, the same shall save it.
Then God blessed the seventh day and sanctified it, because on it He rested from all His work which God had created and made. And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made.
In the same way, faith also, if it has no works, is dead, being by itself.Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone.
The earth is the Lord’s, and all it contains, The world, and those who live in it.The earth is the Lord's, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.
It is a trap for a person to say carelessly, “It is holy!” And after the vows to make inquiry. It is a snare to the man who devoureth that which is holy, and after vows to make enquiry.
If possible, so far as it depends on you, be at peace with all people. If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men.
So I say to you, ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.And I say unto you, Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.
It is better to take refuge in the Lord Than to trust in people. It is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in man.
But I say to you, take no oath at all, neither by heaven, for it is the throne of God, nor by the earth, for it is the footstool of His feet, nor by Jerusalem, for it is the city of the great King. But I say unto you, Swear not at all; neither by heaven; for it is God's throne: Nor by the earth; for it is his footstool: neither by Jerusalem; for it is the city of the great King.
When you set your eyes on it, it is gone. For wealth certainly makes itself wings Like an eagle that flies toward the heavens.Wilt thou set thine eyes upon that which is not? for riches certainly make themselves wings; they fly away as an eagle toward heaven.
