- Withhold not good from them to whom it is due,

- And if thy right eye offend thee, pluck it out, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell.
- Depart from evil, and do good;
seek peace, and pursue it. - Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.
- Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone.
- And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made.

Whiles it remained, was it not thine own? and after it was sold, was it not in thine own power? why hast thou conceived this thing in thine heart? thou hast not lied unto men, but unto God.
- Keep thy heart with all diligence;
for out of it are the issues of life. - But he said, Yea rather, blessed are they that hear the word of God, and keep it.
- For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.
- Charity suffereth long, and is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up, Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil.
- But if we hope for that we see not, then do we with patience wait for it.
- But as for you, ye thought evil against me; but God meant it unto good, to bring to pass, as it is this day, to save much people alive.
- And he took bread, and gave thanks, and brake it, and gave unto them, saying, This is my body which is given for you: this do in remembrance of me.
- Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be salted? it is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men.
- And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
- Faithful is he that calleth you, who also will do it.
- For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?
- The earth is the Lord's, and the fulness thereof;
the world, and they that dwell therein. - And he took the cup, and gave thanks, and gave it to them, saying, Drink ye all of it; For this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins.
- Wilt thou set thine eyes upon that which is not?
for riches certainly make themselves wings;
they fly away as an eagle toward heaven. - Now no chastening for the present seemeth to be joyous, but grievous: nevertheless afterward it yieldeth the peaceable fruit of righteousness unto them which are exercised thereby.
- When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, It is finished: and he bowed his head, and gave up the ghost.
- It is an honour for a man to cease from strife:
but every fool will be meddling. - I do set my bow in the cloud, and it shall be for a token of a covenant between me and the earth.
- If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.
- The entrance of thy words giveth light;
it giveth understanding unto the simple. - Train up a child in the way he should go:
and when he is old, he will not depart from it. - God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?
And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you. Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver.Next verse!With image
