| But he said, Yea rather, blessed are they that hear the word of God, and keep it. | But he said, “Blessed rather are those who hear the word of God and keep it!” |
| For there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed; neither hid, that shall not be known. | Nothing is covered up that will not be revealed, or hidden that will not be known. |
| Therefore whatsoever ye have spoken in darkness shall be heard in the light; and that which ye have spoken in the ear in closets shall be proclaimed upon the housetops. | Therefore whatever you have said in the dark shall be heard in the light, and what you have whispered in private rooms shall be proclaimed on the housetops. |
