| But he said, “On the contrary, blessed are those who hear the word of God, and keep it.” | Jesus replied, “But even more blessed are all who hear the word of God and put it into practice.” |
| But there is nothing covered up that will not be revealed, nor hidden that will not be known. | The time is coming when everything that is covered up will be revealed, and all that is secret will be made known to all. |
| Therefore whatever you have said in the darkness will be heard in the light. What you have spoken in the ear in the inner rooms will be proclaimed on the housetops. | Whatever you have said in the dark will be heard in the light, and what you have whispered behind closed doors will be shouted from the housetops for all to hear! |
