During that time he ate nothing, and at the end of it he was famished.
The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, Because He anointed Me to bring good news to the poor. And He took the five loaves and the two fish, and, looking up to heaven, He blessed them and broke them, and gave them to the disciples again and again, to serve the crowd. And they all ate and were satisfied; and the broken pieces which they had left over were picked up, twelve baskets full.Taking the five loaves and the two fish, he looked up to heaven and blessed and broke them and gave them to the disciples to distribute among the people. They all ate and were satisfied. Then they gathered up what was left over—twelve baskets of fragments.
And He was saying to them all, “If anyone wants to come after Me, he must deny himself, take up his cross daily, and follow Me.”Then he said to all who were with him, “Anyone who wishes to follow me must deny himself, take up his cross daily, and follow me.”
For whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake, this is the one who will save it.For whoever wishes to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake will save it.
And He said to them, “Whoever receives this child in My name receives Me, and whoever receives Me receives Him who sent Me; for the one who is least among all of you, this is the one who is great.”And said to them, “Whoever receives this child in my name receives me; and whoever receives me receives the one who sent me. For the one who is least among all of you is the one who is the greatest.”

And heal those in it who are sick, and say to them, ‘The kingdom of God has come near to you.’Cure the sick who are there, and say, ‘The kingdom of God has come unto you.’
