Let’s therefore give diligence to enter into that rest, lest anyone fall after the same example of disobedience. Hebrews 4:11	So let us do our best to enter that rest. But if we disobey God, as the people of Israel did, we will fall. sabbath obedience rest
Therefore, brothers, be more diligent to make your calling and election sure. For if you do these things, you will never stumble. You lust, and don’t have. You murder and covet, and can’t obtain. You fight and make war. You don’t have, because you don’t ask. Many will purify themselves, and make themselves white, and be refined, but the wicked will do wickedly; and none of the wicked will understand, but those who are wise will understand.

Many will be purified, cleansed, and refined by these trials. But the wicked will continue in their wickedness, and none of them will understand. Only those who are wise will know what it means.
