- For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many.
- For if you thoroughly amend your ways and your doings, if you thoroughly execute judgment between a man and his neighbor, if you do not oppress the stranger, the fatherless, and the widow, and do not shed innocent blood in this place, or walk after other gods to your hurt, then I will cause you to dwell in this place, in the land that I gave to your fathers forever and ever.

- Blessed is the man
Who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly,
Nor stands in the path of sinners,
Nor sits in the seat of the scornful. - There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit. For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death.
- You shall walk in all the ways which the Lord your God has commanded you, that you may live and that it may be well with you, and that you may prolong your days in the land which you shall possess.
- He who walks with wise men will be wise,
But the companion of fools will be destroyed. - And the Lord God said, “It is not good that man should be alone; I will make him a helper comparable to him.”
- A highway shall be there, and a road,
And it shall be called the Highway of Holiness.
The unclean shall not pass over it,
But it shall be for others.
Whoever walks the road, although a fool,
Shall not go astray. - I am the Lord your God: Walk in My statutes, keep My judgments, and do them; hallow My Sabbaths, and they will be a sign between Me and you, that you may know that I am the Lord your God.
- Therefore you also be ready, for the Son of Man is coming at an hour you do not expect.
- For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh.
- If you walk in My statutes and keep My commandments, and perform them,
then I will give you rain in its season, the land shall yield its produce, and the trees of the field shall yield their fruit. - What is man that You are mindful of him,
And the son of man that You visit him? - It is better to trust in the Lord
Than to put confidence in man. - But the free gift is not like the offense. For if by the one man’s offense many died, much more the grace of God and the gift by the grace of the one Man, Jesus Christ, abounded to many.
- For there is one God and one Mediator between God and men, the Man Christ Jesus.
- The Lord is on my side;
I will not fear.
What can man do to me? - For what profit is it to a man if he gains the whole world, and loses his own soul? Or what will a man give in exchange for his soul?
- What is desired in a man is kindness,
And a poor man is better than a liar. - Nevertheless, because of sexual immorality, let each man have his own wife, and let each woman have her own husband.
- How can a young man cleanse his way?
By taking heed according to Your word. - But you, O man of God, flee these things and pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, gentleness.
- There is a way that seems right to a man,
But its end is the way of death. - Therefore whoever hears these sayings of Mine, and does them, I will liken him to a wise man who built his house on the rock.
