| It is a snare to a man to make a rash dedication, then later to consider his vows. | It is a trap for a person to say carelessly, “It is holy!” And after the vows to make inquiry. |

| He humbled you, allowed you to be hungry, and fed you with manna, which you didn’t know, neither did your fathers know, that he might teach you that man does not live by bread only, but man lives by every word that proceeds out of Yahweh’s mouth. | And He humbled you and let you go hungry, and fed you with the manna which you did not know, nor did your fathers know, in order to make you understand that man shall not live on bread alone, but man shall live on everything that comes out of the mouth of the Lord. |

| Of how much more value then is a man than a sheep! Therefore it is lawful to do good on the Sabbath day. | How much more valuable then is a person than a sheep! So then, it is lawful to do good on the Sabbath. |
