Mans (2/4)

I understand that man’s greatest happiness is to be glad and do well throughout his life. And when we eat and drink and find satisfaction in all our labors, this is a gift of God.I perceived that there is nothing better for them than to be joyful and to do good as long as they live; also that everyone should eat and drink and take pleasure in all his toil—this is God's gift to man.
He brought you low, allowing you to suffer from hunger. He then fed you with manna, something with which your fathers were not familiar, so that you might come to know that man does not live by bread alone, but man lives by every word that comes forth from the mouth of the Lord. And he humbled you and let you hunger and fed you with manna, which you did not know, nor did your fathers know, that he might make you know that man does not live by bread alone, but man lives by every word that comes from the mouth of the Lord.
However, the gift is not like the transgression. For if the transgression of one man led to the death of the many, how much greater was the overflowing effect of the grace of God and the gift of the one man Jesus Christ that has abounded for the many. But the free gift is not like the trespass. For if many died through one man's trespass, much more have the grace of God and the free gift by the grace of that one man Jesus Christ abounded for many.
In the same way, the Son of Man did not come to be served but rather to serve and to give his life as a ransom for many.Even as the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.
A patient man shows good sense, but a quick-tempered man displays the height of folly.Whoever is slow to anger has great understanding, but he who has a hasty temper exalts folly.
But the one who did not know those wishes, and who acted in such a manner as to deserve a beating, will be beaten less severely. Much will be demanded of a person to whom much has been given, and even more will be asked of a person to whom more has been entrusted. But the one who did not know, and did what deserved a beating, will receive a light beating. Everyone to whom much was given, of him much will be required, and from him to whom they entrusted much, they will demand the more.
The Lord, your God, will bless you as he promised you. You will lend to many nations, but borrow from none. You shall rule over many nations, but none shall rule over you.For the Lord your God will bless you, as he promised you, and you shall lend to many nations, but you shall not borrow, and you shall rule over many nations, but they shall not rule over you.
The wicked man borrows but neglects to repay, whereas the righteous man is generous in giving. The wicked borrows but does not pay back, but the righteous is generous and gives.
All day long the godless man continues to covet, whereas the righteous man gives unsparingly. All day long he craves and craves, but the righteous gives and does not hold back.
For there is one God, and there is one mediator between God and man, Christ Jesus, himself a man.For there is one God, and there is one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus.
A wealthy man pays a ransom to save his life; a poor man never has to worry about such threats. The ransom of a man's life is his wealth, but a poor man hears no threat.
For just as in one body we have many parts, and the parts do not all have the same function, so we, though many, make up one body in Christ, and individually we are all parts of one another. For as in one body we have many members, and the members do not all have the same function, so we, though many, are one body in Christ, and individually members one of another.
And I heard a loud voice proclaim from the throne: “Behold, God’s dwelling is with mankind; he will dwell with them. They will be his people, and he will be their God, God-with-them. He will wipe every tear from their eyes, and there will no longer be death. Neither will there be any mourning or crying or pain, for the old order has passed away.”And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “Behold, the dwelling place of God is with man. He will dwell with them, and they will be his people, and God himself will be with them as their God. He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away.”
Many are the plans in a human mind, but it is the purpose of the Lord that will prevail. Many are the plans in the mind of a man, but it is the purpose of the Lord that will stand.
Plans miscarry when counsel is lacking, but they succeed when there are many counselors.Without counsel plans fail, but with many advisers they succeed.
Many shall be purified, cleansed, and refined, but the wicked will persist in their evil ways. Many shall purify themselves and make themselves white and be refined, but the wicked shall act wickedly. And none of the wicked shall understand, but those who are wise shall understand.
Where many words are spoken, sin is not absent, but whoever restrains his tongue is prudent. When words are many, transgression is not lacking, but whoever restrains his lips is prudent.
For since death came into the world through a man, the resurrection of the dead has also come through a man.For as by a man came death, by a man has come also the resurrection of the dead.
The Lord God then formed a woman out of the rib that he had taken from the man. He brought her before the man. The man said, “This one is bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh. She shall be called woman because she was taken from man.” This is why a man leaves his father and his mother and joins with a wife, and the two become one flesh. And the rib that the Lord God had taken from the man he made into a woman and brought her to the man. Then the man said, “This at last is bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh; she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man.” Therefore a man shall leave his father and his mother and hold fast to his wife, and they shall become one flesh.
Or can a man walk on red-hot coals without scorching his feet?Or can one walk on hot coals and his feet not be scorched?
For the Son of Man has come to seek out and to save what was lost. For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost.
A man may plan his own course, but the Lord makes his steps secure. The heart of man plans his way, but the Lord establishes his steps.
As iron sharpens iron, so a man sharpens the wits of his neighbor.Iron sharpens iron, and one man sharpens another.
I will, thereby, display my greatness and my holiness and make myself known to many nations. Then they will know that I am the Lord.So I will show my greatness and my holiness and make myself known in the eyes of many nations. Then they will know that I am the Lord.
He will never be swayed; the righteous man will be remembered forever. For the righteous will never be moved; he will be remembered forever.

In my Father’s house there are many dwelling places. If there were not, would I have told you that I am going to prepare a place for you?In my Father's house are many rooms. If it were not so, would I have told you that I go to prepare a place for you?
