| They all met together and were constantly united in prayer, along with Mary the mother of Jesus, several other women, and the brothers of Jesus. | These all continued with one accord in prayer and supplication, with the women, and Mary the mother of Jesus, and with his brethren. |

| My son, obey your father’s commands, and don’t neglect your mother’s instruction. | My son, keep thy father's commandment, and forsake not the law of thy mother. |
| Dear friends, let us continue to love one another, for love comes from God. Anyone who loves is a child of God and knows God. | Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God. |
