But thou, O Lord, art a shield for me; my glory, and the lifter up of mine head.But you, Yahweh, are a shield around me, my glory, and the one who lifts up my head.
O God, thou art my God; early will I seek thee: my soul thirsteth for thee, my flesh longeth for thee in a dry and thirsty land, where no water is.God, you are my God. I will earnestly seek you. My soul thirsts for you. My flesh longs for you, in a dry and weary land, where there is no water.
I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. My help cometh from the Lord, which made heaven and earth.I will lift up my eyes to the hills. Where does my help come from? My help comes from Yahweh, who made heaven and earth.
My son, forget not my law; but let thine heart keep my commandments: For length of days, and long life, and peace, shall they add to thee.My son, don’t forget my teaching, but let your heart keep my commandments, for they will add to you length of days, years of life, and peace.
Jesus saith unto her, Touch me not; for I am not yet ascended to my Father: but go to my brethren, and say unto them, I ascend unto my Father, and your Father; and to my God, and your God.Jesus said to her, “Don’t hold me, for I haven’t yet ascended to my Father; but go to my brothers and tell them, ‘I am ascending to my Father and your Father, to my God and your God.’”
Hear my prayer, O Lord, give ear to my supplications: in thy faithfulness answer me, and in thy righteousness.Hear my prayer, Yahweh. Listen to my petitions. In your faithfulness and righteousness, relieve me.
My son, attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my sayings. Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart.My son, attend to my words. Turn your ear to my sayings. Let them not depart from your eyes. Keep them in the center of your heart.
My lips shall greatly rejoice when I sing unto thee; and my soul, which thou hast redeemed.My lips shall shout for joy! My soul, which you have redeemed, sings praises to you!
The Lord God is my strength, and he will make my feet like hinds' feet, and he will make me to walk upon mine high places.Yahweh, the Lord, is my strength. He makes my feet like deer’s feet, and enables me to go in high places.
Thy testimonies have I taken as an heritage for ever: for they are the rejoicing of my heart.I have taken your testimonies as a heritage forever, for they are the joy of my heart.
He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, “He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.”
Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.
My times are in thy hand: deliver me from the hand of mine enemies, and from them that persecute me.My times are in your hand. Deliver me from the hand of my enemies, and from those who persecute me.
My voice shalt thou hear in the morning, O Lord; in the morning will I direct my prayer unto thee, and will look up.Yahweh, in the morning you will hear my voice. In the morning I will lay my requests before you, and will watch expectantly.
I will sing unto the Lord as long as I live: I will sing praise to my God while I have my being.I will sing to Yahweh as long as I live. I will sing praise to my God while I have any being.
For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.
Jesus answered them, and said, My doctrine is not mine, but his that sent me.Jesus therefore answered them, “My teaching is not mine, but his who sent me.”
Out of the depths have I cried unto thee, O Lord. Lord, hear my voice: let thine ears be attentive to the voice of my supplications.Out of the depths I have cried to you, Yahweh. Lord, hear my voice. Let your ears be attentive to the voice of my petitions.
And I will make thy seed to multiply as the stars of heaven, and will give unto thy seed all these countries; and in thy seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed; Because that Abraham obeyed my voice, and kept my charge, my commandments, my statutes, and my laws.I will multiply your offspring as the stars of the sky, and will give all these lands to your offspring. In your offspring all the nations of the earth will be blessed, because Abraham obeyed my voice, and kept my requirements, my commandments, my statutes, and my laws.
Bless the Lord, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name.Praise Yahweh, my soul! All that is within me, praise his holy name!
Now therefore, if ye will obey my voice indeed, and keep my covenant, then ye shall be a peculiar treasure unto me above all people: for all the earth is mine.Now therefore, if you will indeed obey my voice and keep my covenant, then you shall be my own possession from among all peoples; for all the earth is mine.
I am the Lord your God; walk in my statutes, and keep my judgments, and do them; And hallow my sabbaths; and they shall be a sign between me and you, that ye may know that I am the Lord your God.I am Yahweh your God. Walk in my statutes, keep my ordinances, and do them. Make my Sabbaths holy. They shall be a sign between me and you, that you may know that I am Yahweh your God.
I wait for the Lord, my soul doth wait, and in his word do I hope.I wait for Yahweh. My soul waits. I hope in his word.
My doctrine shall drop as the rain, my speech shall distil as the dew, as the small rain upon the tender herb, and as the showers upon the grass.My doctrine will drop as the rain. My speech will condense as the dew, as the misty rain on the tender grass, as the showers on the herb.
If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.If my people who are called by my name will humble themselves, pray, seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

Have mercy upon me, O God, according to thy lovingkindness: according unto the multitude of thy tender mercies blot out my transgressions. Wash me throughly from mine iniquity, and cleanse me from my sin.Have mercy on me, God, according to your loving kindness. According to the multitude of your tender mercies, blot out my transgressions. Wash me thoroughly from my iniquity. Cleanse me from my sin.
