| Yahweh is my light and my salvation. Whom shall I fear? Yahweh is the strength of my life. Of whom shall I be afraid? | The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid? |
| You shall keep my Sabbaths, and have reverence for my sanctuary. I am Yahweh. | Ye shall keep my sabbaths, and reverence my sanctuary: I am the Lord. |
| When I kept silence, my bones wasted away through my groaning all day long. | When I kept silence, my bones waxed old through my roaring all the day long. |
| If you keep my commandments, you will remain in my love, even as I have kept my Father’s commandments and remain in his love. | If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love. |

| Why are you in despair, my soul? Why are you disturbed within me? Hope in God! For I shall still praise him, the saving help of my countenance, and my God. | Why art thou cast down, O my soul? and why art thou disquieted within me? hope thou in God: for I shall yet praise him, who is the health of my countenance, and my God. |
