We can’t reach the Almighty. He is exalted in power. In justice and great righteousness, he will not oppress. | Touching the Almighty, we cannot find him out: he is excellent in power, and in judgment, and in plenty of justice: he will not afflict. |
Jesus, looking at them, said, “With men it is impossible, but not with God, for all things are possible with God.” | And Jesus looking upon them saith, With men it is impossible, but not with God: for with God all things are possible. |
Aren’t five sparrows sold for two assaria coins? Not one of them is forgotten by God. But the very hairs of your head are all counted. Therefore don’t be afraid. For Yahweh your God will bless you, as he promised you. You will lend to many nations, but you will not borrow. You will rule over many nations, but they will not rule over you. | For the Lord thy God blesseth thee, as he promised thee: and thou shalt lend unto many nations, but thou shalt not borrow; and thou shalt reign over many nations, but they shall not reign over thee. |
So that with good courage we say, “The Lord is my helper. I will not fear. What can man do to me?” | So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me. |
A highway will be there, a road, and it will be called “The Holy Way”. The unclean shall not pass over it, but it will be for those who walk in the Way. Wicked fools shall not go there. | And an highway shall be there, and a way, and it shall be called The way of holiness; the unclean shall not pass over it; but it shall be for those: the wayfaring men, though fools, shall not err therein. |
These you may eat of all that are in the waters: you may eat whatever has fins and scales. You shall not eat whatever doesn’t have fins and scales. Be strong and courageous. Don’t be afraid or scared of them, for Yahweh your God himself is who goes with you. He will not fail you nor forsake you. | Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the Lord thy God, he it is that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee. |
In this is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son as the atoning sacrifice for our sins. | Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins. |
Live as free people, yet not using your freedom for a cloak of wickedness, but as bondservants of God. | As free, and not using your liberty for a cloke of maliciousness, but as the servants of God. |

Because it has been granted to you on behalf of Christ, not only to believe in him, but also to suffer on his behalf. | For unto you it is given in the behalf of Christ, not only to believe on him, but also to suffer for his sake. |
Bring us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one. For yours is the Kingdom, the power, and the glory forever. Amen. | And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen. |
In God, I praise his word. In God, I put my trust. I will not be afraid. What can flesh do to me? | In God I will praise his word, in God I have put my trust; I will not fear what flesh can do unto me. |
For the Scripture says, “Whoever believes in him will not be disappointed.” | For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed. |
