Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed. | Commit thy works unto the Lord, and thy thoughts shall be established. |
Where there is no counsel, plans fail; but in a multitude of counselors they are established. | Without counsel purposes are disappointed: but in the multitude of counsellors they are established. |

There are many plans in a man’s heart, but Yahweh’s counsel will prevail. | There are many devices in a man's heart; nevertheless the counsel of the Lord, that shall stand. |
A man’s heart plans his course, but Yahweh directs his steps. | A man's heart deviseth his way: but the Lord directeth his steps. |
“For I know the thoughts that I think toward you,” says Yahweh, “thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future.” | For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. |
May he grant you your heart’s desire, and fulfill all your counsel. | Grant thee according to thine own heart, and fulfil all thy counsel. |
Yahweh, you are my God. I will exalt you! I will praise your name, for you have done wonderful things, things planned long ago, in complete faithfulness and truth. | O Lord, thou art my God; I will exalt thee, I will praise thy name; for thou hast done wonderful things; thy counsels of old are faithfulness and truth. |
Surely the Lord Yahweh will do nothing, unless he reveals his secret to his servants the prophets. | Surely the Lord God will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets. |
Yahweh preserves the foreigners. He upholds the fatherless and widow, but he turns the way of the wicked upside down. | The Lord preserveth the strangers; he relieveth the fatherless and widow: but the way of the wicked he turneth upside down. |
Yahweh will fulfill that which concerns me. Your loving kindness, Yahweh, endures forever. Don’t forsake the works of your own hands. | The Lord will perfect that which concerneth me: thy mercy, O Lord, endureth for ever: forsake not the works of thine own hands. |
If I have the gift of prophecy, and know all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but don’t have love, I am nothing. | And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity, I am nothing. |
