The fear of Yahweh is to hate evil. I hate pride, arrogance, the evil way, and the perverse mouth. | The fear of the Lord is to hate evil; Pride, arrogance, the evil way, And the perverted mouth, I hate. |
For whoever finds me finds life, and will obtain favor from Yahweh. | For one who finds me finds life, And obtains favor from the Lord. |
The fear of Yahweh is the beginning of wisdom. The knowledge of the Holy One is understanding. | The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, And the knowledge of the Holy One is understanding. |
