Psalm 16:1 (3/9)

I will bless the Lord at all times: his praise shall continually be in my mouth.I will bless the Lord at all times; his praise shall continually be in my mouth.
I sought the Lord, and he heard me, and delivered me from all my fears.I sought the Lord, and he answered me and delivered me from all my fears.

O taste and see that the Lord is good: blessed is the man that trusteth in him.Oh, taste and see that the Lord is good! Blessed is the man who takes refuge in him!
The young lions do lack, and suffer hunger: but they that seek the Lord shall not want any good thing.The young lions suffer want and hunger; but those who seek the Lord lack no good thing.
Keep thy tongue from evil, and thy lips from speaking guile.Keep your tongue from evil and your lips from speaking deceit.
Depart from evil, and do good; seek peace, and pursue it.Turn away from evil and do good; seek peace and pursue it.
The eyes of the Lord are upon the righteous, and his ears are open unto their cry.The eyes of the Lord are toward the righteous and his ears toward their cry.
The face of the Lord is against them that do evil, to cut off the remembrance of them from the earth.The face of the Lord is against those who do evil, to cut off the memory of them from the earth.
The righteous cry, and the Lord heareth, and delivereth them out of all their troubles. The Lord is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit.When the righteous cry for help, the Lord hears and delivers them out of all their troubles. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit.
Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the Lord delivereth him out of them all.Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all.
The Lord redeemeth the soul of his servants: and none of them that trust in him shall be desolate.The Lord redeems the life of his servants; none of those who take refuge in him will be condemned.
Trust in the Lord, and do good; so shalt thou dwell in the land, and verily thou shalt be fed.Trust in the Lord, and do good; dwell in the land and befriend faithfulness.
Delight thyself also in the Lord: and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart.Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart.
Commit thy way unto the Lord; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass. And he shall bring forth thy righteousness as the light, and thy judgment as the noonday.Commit your way to the Lord; trust in him, and he will act. He will bring forth your righteousness as the light, and your justice as the noonday.
Rest in the Lord, and wait patiently for him: fret not thyself because of him who prospereth in his way, because of the man who bringeth wicked devices to pass.Be still before the Lord and wait patiently for him; fret not yourself over the one who prospers in his way, over the man who carries out evil devices!
A little that a righteous man hath is better than the riches of many wicked. For the arms of the wicked shall be broken: but the Lord upholdeth the righteous.Better is the little that the righteous has than the abundance of many wicked. For the arms of the wicked shall be broken, but the Lord upholds the righteous.
The wicked borroweth, and payeth not again: but the righteous sheweth mercy, and giveth.The wicked borrows but does not pay back, but the righteous is generous and gives.
The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord: and he delighteth in his way.The steps of a man are established by the Lord, when he delights in his way.
For the Lord loveth judgment, and forsaketh not his saints; they are preserved for ever: but the seed of the wicked shall be cut off.For the Lord loves justice; he will not forsake his saints. They are preserved forever, but the children of the wicked shall be cut off.
Lord, all my desire is before thee; and my groaning is not hid from thee.O Lord, all my longing is before you; my sighing is not hidden from you.
Hear my prayer, O Lord, and give ear unto my cry; hold not thy peace at my tears: for I am a stranger with thee, and a sojourner, as all my fathers were.Hear my prayer, O Lord, and give ear to my cry; hold not your peace at my tears! For I am a sojourner with you, a guest, like all my fathers.
I delight to do thy will, O my God: yea, thy law is within my heart.I delight to do your will, O my God; your law is within my heart.
Withhold not thou thy tender mercies from me, O Lord: let thy lovingkindness and thy truth continually preserve me.As for you, O Lord, you will not restrain your mercy from me; your steadfast love and your faithfulness will ever preserve me!
As the hart panteth after the water brooks, so panteth my soul after thee, O God.As a deer pants for flowing streams, so pants my soul for you, O God.

My soul thirsteth for God, for the living God: when shall I come and appear before God?My soul thirsts for God, for the living God. When shall I come and appear before God?
