The name of the Lord is a strong tower; The righteous run to it and are safe.The name of the Lord is a tower of strength; the upright man runs to it and finds refuge.
The fear of man brings a snare, But whoever trusts in the Lord shall be safe.The fear of others will prove to be a snare, but whoever trusts in the Lord is secure.

Because the sentence against an evil work is not executed speedily, therefore the heart of the sons of men is fully set in them to do evil.Because the sentence for committing an evil act is not carried out quickly, people’s hearts are prone to act wickedly.
I do not pray that You should take them out of the world, but that You should keep them from the evil one.I am not asking you to take them out of the world, but I do ask you to protect them from the evil one.
And the Lord will deliver me from every evil work and preserve me for His heavenly kingdom. To Him be glory forever and ever. Amen!The Lord will rescue me from every evil attack and bring me safely into his heavenly kingdom. To him be glory forever and ever. Amen.
So we fasted and entreated our God for this, and He answered our prayer.Therefore, we fasted and prayed to God to grant us a safe journey, and he answered our prayer.
He who walks with integrity walks securely, But he who perverts his ways will become known.Anyone who leads an honorable life walks in safety, but whoever pursues wicked ways will be found out.

Keep yourselves in the love of God as you await our Lord Jesus Christ in his mercy, who will grant you eternal life.
The rich man’s wealth is his strong city, And like a high wall in his own esteem.The wealth of a rich man is his stronghold; he regards it as a high wall that cannot be scaled.
As for God, His way is perfect; The word of the Lord is proven; He is a shield to all who trust in Him.The way of God is blameless, and the Lord’s promise proves true; he is a shield to all who flee to him for safety.
But I will sing of Your power; Yes, I will sing aloud of Your mercy in the morning; For You have been my defense And refuge in the day of my trouble.But I will sing of your strength; when morning dawns, I will proclaim your kindness. For you have been my fortress, my refuge in times of trouble.
I will love You, O Lord, my strength. The Lord is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer; My God, my strength, in whom I will trust; My shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.I love you, O Lord, my strength, O Lord, my rock, my fortress, my deliverer. My God is my rock in whom I take refuge, my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.
He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High Shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress; My God, in Him I will trust.”You who abide in the shelter of the Most High, who rest in the shadow of the Almighty, say to the Lord, “You are my refuge and my fortress, my God in whom I place my trust.”
