He guards the paths of the just and protects those who are faithful to him.That he may guard the paths of justice, and preserve the way of his saints.
Let there be no sexual immorality, impurity, or greed among you. Such sins have no place among God’s people.But sexual immorality, and all uncleanness or covetousness, let it not even be mentioned among you, as becomes saints.
And the Father who knows all hearts knows what the Spirit is saying, for the Spirit pleads for us believers in harmony with God’s own will.He who searches the hearts knows what is on the Spirit’s mind, because he makes intercession for the saints according to God.
Pray in the Spirit at all times and on every occasion. Stay alert and be persistent in your prayers for all believers everywhere.With all prayer and requests, praying at all times in the Spirit, and being watchful to this end in all perseverance and requests for all the saints.
For God is not unjust. He will not forget how hard you have worked for him and how you have shown your love to him by caring for other believers, as you still do.For God is not unrighteous, so as to forget your work and the labor of love which you showed toward his name, in that you served the saints, and still do serve them.
I pray that your hearts will be flooded with light so that you can understand the confident hope he has given to those he called—his holy people who are his rich and glorious inheritance.Having the eyes of your hearts enlightened, that you may know what is the hope of his calling, and what are the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints.
You who love the Lord, hate evil! He protects the lives of his godly people and rescues them from the power of the wicked.You who love Yahweh, hate evil! He preserves the souls of his saints. He delivers them out of the hand of the wicked.
For the Lord loves justice, and he will never abandon the godly. He will keep them safe forever, but the children of the wicked will die.For Yahweh loves justice, and doesn’t forsake his saints. They are preserved forever, but the children of the wicked shall be cut off.
May the grace of the Lord Jesus be with God’s holy people.The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ be with all the saints. Amen.
So now you Gentiles are no longer strangers and foreigners. You are citizens along with all of God’s holy people. You are members of God’s family. Together, we are his house, built on the foundation of the apostles and the prophets. And the cornerstone is Christ Jesus himself.So then you are no longer strangers and foreigners, but you are fellow citizens with the saints and of the household of God, being built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Christ Jesus himself being the chief cornerstone.

And a voice from heaven said, “This is my dearly loved Son, who brings me great joy.”Behold, a voice out of the heavens said, “This is my beloved Son, with whom I am well pleased.”
When Jesus had tasted it, he said, “It is finished!” Then he bowed his head and gave up his spirit.When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, “It is finished!” Then he bowed his head and gave up his spirit.
Then he said, “Beware! Guard against every kind of greed. Life is not measured by how much you own.”He said to them, “Beware! Keep yourselves from covetousness, for a man’s life doesn’t consist of the abundance of the things which he possesses.”
For in him we live and move and exist. As some of your own poets have said, ‘We are his offspring.’‘For in him we live, move, and have our being.’ As some of your own poets have said, ‘For we are also his offspring.’
Those who believed what Peter said were baptized and added to the church that day—about 3,000 in all.Then those who gladly received his word were baptized. There were added that day about three thousand souls.
Then the angel spoke to the women. “Don’t be afraid!” he said. “I know you are looking for Jesus, who was crucified. He isn’t here! He is risen from the dead, just as he said would happen. Come, see where his body was lying.”The angel answered the women, “Don’t be afraid, for I know that you seek Jesus, who has been crucified. He is not here, for he has risen, just like he said. Come, see the place where the Lord was lying.”
But test everything that is said. Hold on to what is good. Stay away from every kind of evil.Test all things, and hold firmly that which is good. Abstain from every form of evil.
Then Jesus said, “Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest.”Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest.
“All right then,” Joshua said, “destroy the idols among you, and turn your hearts to the Lord, the God of Israel.”Now therefore put away the foreign gods which are among you, and incline your heart to Yahweh, the God of Israel.
But when Jesus heard what had happened, he said to Jairus, “Don’t be afraid. Just have faith, and she will be healed.”But Jesus hearing it, answered him, “Don’t be afraid. Only believe, and she will be healed.”

Then the Lord God said, “It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make a helper who is just right for him.”Yahweh God said, “It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make him a helper comparable to him.”
