- Do you not know that you are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you?

But the humble in spirit will retain honor. - Now He who searches the hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit is, because He makes intercession for the saints according to the will of God.
- Create in me a clean heart, O God,
And renew a steadfast spirit within me. - Watch and pray, lest you enter into temptation. The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.
- For by one Spirit we were all baptized into one body—whether Jews or Greeks, whether slaves or free—and have all been made to drink into one Spirit.
- Teach me to do Your will,
For You are my God;
Your Spirit is good.
Lead me in the land of uprightness. - The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit,
A broken and a contrite heart—
These, O God, You will not despise.
