Do not envy the violent or choose any of their ways. For the Lord detests the perverse but takes the upright into his confidence.Don’t envy the man of violence. Choose none of his ways. For the perverse is an abomination to Yahweh, but his friendship is with the upright.

When God saw what they did and how they turned from their evil ways, he relented and did not bring on them the destruction he had threatened.God saw their works, that they turned from their evil way. God relented of the disaster which he said he would do to them, and he didn’t do it.
Flee from sexual immorality. All other sins a person commits are outside the body, but whoever sins sexually, sins against their own body.Flee sexual immorality! “Every sin that a man does is outside the body,” but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body.
