When riches increase, so do those who are eager to accumulate them, and those who have accumulated them must remain content simply to feast their eyes on them. No one after lighting a lamp covers it with a pot or places it under a bed. Rather he places it on a lampstand so that those who enter may see the light. However, to those who did accept him and who believed in his name he granted the power to become children of God. John 1:12	But as many as received him, to them he gave the right to become God’s children, to those who believe in his name. faith Father children
Blessed is the person who has found wisdom, the one who has gained understanding. Proverbs 3:13	Happy is the man who finds wisdom, the man who gets understanding. wisdom mind understanding
The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom; those who are guided by it will grow in understanding. His praise will last forever. Psalm 111:10	The fear of Yahweh is the beginning of wisdom. All those who do his work have a good understanding. His praise endures forever! awe wisdom worship
But according to Scripture all things have been confined under sin, so that through faith in Jesus Christ what was promised might be given to those who believe. Galatians 3:22	But the Scripture imprisoned all things under sin, that the promise by faith in Jesus Christ might be given to those who believe. sin trust faith

At the time that discipline is received, it always seems painful rather than pleasant, but afterward it yields a harvest of peace and uprightness to those who have been trained by it.

All chastening seems for the present to be not joyous but grievous; yet afterward it yields the peaceful fruit of righteousness to those who have been trained by it.

Bible verse of the day

In contrast, the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, generosity, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. There is no law against such things.
