- Rejoice with those who rejoice; weep with those who weep.

The Lord lifts up those who are bowed down;
the Lord loves the righteous. - We know that God makes all things work together for good for those who love him and who are called according to his purpose.

for they will have their fill. - Therefore, by a single offering he has made perfect forever those who are being sanctified.

and those who worship him

so the Lord has compassion for those who fear him. - The Lord is good,

He takes care of those who place their trust in him. - The Lord abhors lying lips,
but he delights in those who are truthful. - And if you do good to those who do good to you, what credit is that to you? Even sinners do as much.
- Blessed are those who are persecuted in the cause of justice,
for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. - And we are witnesses to these things, as is the Holy Spirit whom God has given to those who obey him.
- Blessed are those whose way is blameless,
who walk in accord with the law of the Lord. - To those who seek after glory and honor and immortality by persevering in good works, he will grant eternal life.
- The powerful suffer want and go hungry,
but those who seek the Lord want for no good thing. - Those who accepted his message were baptized, and on that day about three thousand people were added to their number.
- An ignorant man causes strife by his insolence,
but wisdom is found with those who take advice. - Therefore, now I, Nebuchadnezzar,
praise and exalt and glorify
the King of heaven.
For all of his works are right,
and all of his ways are just.
Also, he is able to humble
all those who follow the path of pride. - And whoever does not provide for relatives, especially for those who are living with him, has disowned the faith and is worse than an unbeliever.
- I reprove and discipline all those whom I love. Therefore, be sincere in your desire to repent.

- Indeed, the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God.
- Therefore, he has the full power to save those who approach God through him, since he lives forever to intercede for them.
- Turn away from youthful passions and pursue righteousness, faith, love, and peace, together with those who call on the Lord with a pure heart.
- Glory to God in the highest heaven,
and on earth peace to all those on whom his favor rests. - Have no fear of those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather, fear the one who can destroy both soul and body in Gehenna.
