When there are many words, wrongdoing is unavoidable, But one who restrains his lips is wise.Sin is not ended by multiplying words, but the prudent hold their tongues.
One who guards his mouth protects his life; One who opens wide his lips comes to ruin.Those who guard their lips preserve their lives, but those who speak rashly will come to ruin.
