| Therefore, when you do merciful deeds, don’t sound a trumpet before yourself, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may get glory from men. | But who am I, and what is my people, that we should be able to offer so willingly as this? For all things come from You, and from Your hand we have given to You. |
