Bible Verses about 'We'

For if we live, we live to the Lord, and if we die, we die to the Lord. So then, whether we live or whether we die, we are the Lord's.For if we live, we live to the Lord. Or if we die, we die to the Lord. If therefore we live or die, we are the Lord’s.
And if we know that he hears us in whatever we ask, we know that we have the requests that we have asked of him.And if we know that he listens to us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions which we have asked of him.
But if we hope for what we do not see, we wait for it with patience. But if we hope for that which we don’t see, we wait for it with patience.
If we say we have fellowship with him while we walk in darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth. If we say that we have fellowship with him and walk in the darkness, we lie and don’t tell the truth.
For we brought nothing into the world, and we cannot take anything out of the world. But if we have food and clothing, with these we will be content. For we brought nothing into the world, and we certainly can’t carry anything out. But having food and clothing, we will be content with that.
For though we walk in the flesh, we are not waging war according to the flesh. For though we walk in the flesh, we don’t wage war according to the flesh.
What shall we say then? Are we to continue in sin that grace may abound? By no means! How can we who died to sin still live in it?What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? May it never be! We who died to sin, how could we live in it any longer?
The saying is trustworthy, for: If we have died with him, we will also live with him. This saying is trustworthy: “For if we died with him, we will also live with him.”
We love because he first loved us.We love him, because he first loved us.
What then? Are we to sin because we are not under law but under grace? By no means! What then? Shall we sin because we are not under law but under grace? May it never be!
For if while we were enemies we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, now that we are reconciled, shall we be saved by his life. For if while we were enemies, we were reconciled to God through the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we will be saved by his life.
Beloved, if our heart does not condemn us, we have confidence before God; and whatever we ask we receive from him, because we keep his commandments and do what pleases him.Beloved, if our hearts don’t condemn us, we have boldness toward God; so whatever we ask, we receive from him, because we keep his commandments and do the things that are pleasing in his sight.
Beloved, we are God's children now, and what we will be has not yet appeared; but we know that when he appears we shall be like him, because we shall see him as he is. And everyone who thus hopes in him purifies himself as he is pure.Beloved, now we are children of God. It is not yet revealed what we will be; but we know that when he is revealed, we will be like him, for we will see him just as he is. Everyone who has this hope set on him purifies himself, even as he is pure.
For we walk by faith, not by sight. For we walk by faith, not by sight.
By this we know that we abide in him and he in us, because he has given us of his Spirit.By this we know that we remain in him and he in us, because he has given us of his Spirit.
For we have come to share in Christ, if indeed we hold our original confidence firm to the end.For we have become partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence firm to the end.
And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up.Let’s not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season if we don’t give up.
And this is the confidence that we have toward him, that if we ask anything according to his will he hears us.This is the boldness which we have toward him, that if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us.
For ‘In him we live and move and have our being’; as even some of your own poets have said, ‘For we are indeed his offspring.’‘For in him we live, move, and have our being.’ As some of your own poets have said, ‘For we are also his offspring.’
By this we know love, that he laid down his life for us, and we ought to lay down our lives for the brothers.By this we know love, because he laid down his life for us. And we ought to lay down our lives for the brothers.

And we know that the Son of God has come and has given us understanding, so that we may know him who is true; and we are in him who is true, in his Son Jesus Christ. He is the true God and eternal life.We know that the Son of God has come and has given us an understanding, that we know him who is true; and we are in him who is true, in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God and eternal life.

For we know that if the tent that is our earthly home is destroyed, we have a building from God, a house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens. For we know that if the earthly house of our tent is dissolved, we have a building from God, a house not made with hands, eternal, in the heavens.

For if we have been united with him in a death like his, we shall certainly be united with him in a resurrection like his. We know that our old self was crucified with him in order that the body of sin might be brought to nothing, so that we would no longer be enslaved to sin.For if we have become united with him in the likeness of his death, we will also be part of his resurrection; knowing this, that our old man was crucified with him, that the body of sin might be done away with, so that we would no longer be in bondage to sin.
