| What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who is against us? | What, then, shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? |
| And those who know Your name will put their trust in You, For You, Lord, have not abandoned those who seek You. | Those who know your name trust in you, for you, Lord, have never forsaken those who seek you. |

| That they were saying to you, “In the last time there will be mockers, following after their own ungodly lusts.” These are the ones who cause divisions, worldly-minded, devoid of the Spirit. | They said to you, “In the last times there will be scoffers who will follow their own ungodly desires.” These are the people who divide you, who follow mere natural instincts and do not have the Spirit. |
