| The one who is victorious will, like them, be dressed in white. | And a highway will be there; it will be called the Way of Holiness; it will be for those who walk on that Way. | Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. | The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still. | The Lord will fight for you, and you shall hold your peace. |

| You need to persevere so that when you have done the will of God, you will receive what he has promised. | For you have need of endurance, so that after you have done the will of God, you may receive the promise. |

| “If you do not listen, and if you do not resolve to honor my name,” says the Lord Almighty, “I will send a curse on you, and I will curse your blessings. Yes, I have already cursed them, because you have not resolved to honor me.” | “If you will not hear, And if you will not take it to heart, To give glory to My name,” Says the Lord of hosts, “I will send a curse upon you, And I will curse your blessings. Yes, I have cursed them already, Because you do not take it to heart.” |
| When the Advocate comes, whom I will send to you from the Father—the Spirit of truth who goes out from the Father—he will testify about me. | But when the Helper comes, whom I shall send to you from the Father, the Spirit of truth who proceeds from the Father, He will testify of Me. |
