Chinese (traditional)- If an army encamps against me,
My heart will not fear;
If war arises against me,
In spite of this I am confident. - Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,
I fear no evil, for You are with me;
Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me. - There is no fear in love, but perfect love drives out fear, because fear involves punishment, and the one who fears is not perfected in love.
But the wisdom from above is first pure, then peace-loving, gentle, reasonable, full of mercy and good fruits, impartial, free of hypocrisy. The Lord is not slow about His promise, as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not willing for any to perish, but for all to come to repentance.Next verse!With image
