Those who are in the realm of the flesh cannot please God.So then, those who are in the flesh cannot please God.
He replied, “Because you have so little faith. Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.”So Jesus said to them, “Because of your unbelief; for assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith as a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you.”
Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God.Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any trouble, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.
This is how you can recognize the Spirit of God: Every spirit that acknowledges that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is from God, but every spirit that does not acknowledge Jesus is not from God. This is the spirit of the antichrist, which you have heard is coming and even now is already in the world.By this you know the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is of God, and every spirit that does not confess that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is not of God. And this is the spirit of the Antichrist, which you have heard was coming, and is now already in the world.
For the entire law is fulfilled in keeping this one command: “Love your neighbor as yourself.”For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this: “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.”
“Are you so dull?” he asked. “Don’t you see that nothing that enters a person from the outside can defile them? For it doesn’t go into their heart but into their stomach, and then out of the body.” (In saying this, Jesus declared all foods clean.)So He said to them, “Are you thus without understanding also? Do you not perceive that whatever enters a man from outside cannot defile him, because it does not enter his heart but his stomach, and is eliminated, thus purifying all foods?”
Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen.Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen.
Teach slaves to be subject to their masters in everything, to try to please them, not to talk back to them, and not to steal from them, but to show that they can be fully trusted, so that in every way they will make the teaching about God our Savior attractive.Exhort bondservants to be obedient to their own masters, to be well pleasing in all things, not answering back, not pilfering, but showing all good fidelity, that they may adorn the doctrine of God our Savior in all things.

Of all the creatures living in the water, you may eat any that has fins and scales. But anything that does not have fins and scales you may not eat; for you it is unclean.These you may eat of all that are in the waters: you may eat all that have fins and scales. Therefore no one will be declared righteous in God’s sight by the works of the law; rather, through the law we become conscious of our sin.Therefore by the deeds of the law no flesh will be justified in His sight, for by the law is the knowledge of sin.
One who has unreliable friends soon comes to ruin, but there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother.A man who has friends must himself be friendly, But there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother.
Here is a trustworthy saying: If we died with him, we will also live with him.This is a faithful saying: For if we died with Him, We shall also live with Him.
So that I may come to you with joy, by God’s will, and in your company be refreshed.That I may come to you with joy by the will of God, and may be refreshed together with you.
Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword?Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?
And I will do whatever you ask in my name, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son.And whatever you ask in My name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.
This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us.Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us.
For with much wisdom comes much sorrow; the more knowledge, the more grief.For in much wisdom is much grief, And he who increases knowledge increases sorrow.
Therefore, since we have these promises, dear friends, let us purify ourselves from everything that contaminates body and spirit, perfecting holiness out of reverence for God.Therefore, having these promises, beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.
This is how we know that we live in him and he in us: He has given us of his Spirit.By this we know that we abide in Him, and He in us, because He has given us of His Spirit.
Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved.Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.
If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone.If it is possible, as much as depends on you, live peaceably with all men.
Houses and wealth are inherited from parents, but a prudent wife is from the Lord.Houses and riches are an inheritance from fathers, But a prudent wife is from the Lord.
Dear friends, if our hearts do not condemn us, we have confidence before God and receive from him anything we ask, because we keep his commands and do what pleases him.Beloved, if our heart does not condemn us, we have confidence toward God. And whatever we ask we receive from Him, because we keep His commandments and do those things that are pleasing in His sight.

He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all—how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things?He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?
