| What is man that You think of him, And a son of man that You are concerned about him? | What is mankind that you are mindful of them, human beings that you care for them? |
| Take care, brothers and sisters, that there will not be in any one of you an evil, unbelieving heart that falls away from the living God. | See to it, brothers and sisters, that none of you has a sinful, unbelieving heart that turns away from the living God. |

| Honor widows who are actually widows. | Give proper recognition to those widows who are really in need. |

| Pure and undefiled religion in the sight of our God and Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their distress, and to keep oneself unstained by the world. | Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world. |
