Without faith it is impossible to be well pleasing to him, for he who comes to God must believe that he exists, and that he is a rewarder of those who seek him.But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.
For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. You believe that God is one. You do well. The demons also believe—and shudder.You believe that there is one God. You do well. Even the demons believe—and tremble!
