| God is spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth. | God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth. |
| And tongues that looked like fire appeared to them, distributing themselves, and a tongue rested on each one of them. | And hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out within our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us. | And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us. |
| My Father is glorified by this, that you bear much fruit, and so prove to be My disciples. | Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples. |
