- But he who does the truth comes to the light, that his works may be revealed, that they have been done in God.

Where does my help come from?
My help comes from Yahweh,
who made heaven and earth. - You shall not add to the word which I command you, neither shall you take away from it, that you may keep the commandments of Yahweh your God which I command you.
- I will sing to Yahweh as long as I live.
I will sing praise to my God while I have any being. - For so has the Lord commanded us, saying,
‘I have set you as a light for the Gentiles,
that you should bring salvation to the uttermost parts of the earth.’ - So then the Lord, after he had spoken to them, was received up into heaven and sat down at the right hand of God.
- Yahweh will command his loving kindness in the daytime.
In the night his song shall be with me:
a prayer to the God of my life. - But about midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the prisoners were listening to them.
- For if we live, we live to the Lord. Or if we die, we die to the Lord. If therefore we live or die, we are the Lord’s.
- To do righteousness and justice
is more acceptable to Yahweh than sacrifice. - Oh give thanks to Yahweh, for he is good,
for his loving kindness endures forever. - For the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous,
and his ears open to their prayer;
but the face of the Lord is against those who do evil. - If he refuses to listen to them, tell it to the assembly. If he refuses to hear the assembly also, let him be to you as a Gentile or a tax collector.
- Jesus said to him, “If you want to be perfect, go, sell what you have, and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; and come, follow me.”
- Whether therefore you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.
- Give thanks to Yahweh! Call on his name!
Make his doings known among the peoples. - “Be angry, and don’t sin.” Don’t let the sun go down on your wrath, and don’t give place to the devil.
- He sat down and called the twelve; and he said to them, “If any man wants to be first, he shall be last of all, and servant of all.”
- Sing to Yahweh, for he has done excellent things! Let this be known in all the earth!
- He took the cup, gave thanks, and gave to them, saying, “All of you drink it, for this is my blood of the new covenant, which is poured out for many for the remission of sins.”
