I will give you a new heart and place a new spirit within you. I will remove from your body a heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh in its place. I will instruct you and guide you in the way you should go; I will counsel you and keep my eyes upon you. Psalm 32:8	The Lord says, “I will guide you along the best pathway for your life. I will advise you and watch over you.” encouragement understanding learning
Thus you could understand that the Lord, your God, was disciplining you, just like a father disciplines his son. Deuteronomy 8:5	Think about it: Just as a parent disciplines a child, the Lord your God disciplines you for your own good. Father learning punishment
Take heed to follow the commandments and the laws that Moses, the servant of the Lord, gave you: to love the Lord, your God, and to walk in his ways and to observe his commandments, holding fast to him and serving him with all your heart and all your soul. Joshua 22:5	But be very careful to obey all the commands and the instructions that Moses gave to you. Love the Lord your God, walk in all his ways, obey his commands, hold firmly to him, and serve him with all your heart and all your soul. law heart soul

You shall not hate your brother in your heart, nor shall you rebuke your brother in any way, lest you bear sin because of him. You shall not seek vengeance nor bear a grudge against the children of your people. You shall love your neighbor as yourself. I am the Lord. Leviticus 19:17-18	Do not nurse hatred in your heart for any of your relatives. Confront people directly so you will not be held guilty for their sin. Trust wholeheartedly in the Lord rather than relying on your own intelligence. In everything you do, acknowledge him, and he will see that your paths are straight. Proverbs 3:5-6	Trust in the Lord with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding. Seek his will in all you do, and he will show you which path to take. trust dependence heart
Do not let your hearts be troubled. You place your trust in God. Trust also in me. John 14:1	Don’t let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God, and trust also in me. trust fear worrying
To do your will, O God, is my delight; your law is in my heart. Psalm 40:9	I take joy in doing your will, my God, for your instructions are written on my heart. obedience law heart
And so now, O Israel, what does the Lord, your God, require of you but to fear the Lord, your God, to walk in all of his ways, to love him, to serve the Lord, your God, with all your heart and all your soul, and to observe the commandments and the statutes that I am giving you today for your own good. Deuteronomy 10:12-13	And now, Israel, what does the Lord your God require of you? He requires only that you fear the Lord your God, and live in a way that pleases him, and love him and serve him with all your heart and soul. And ‘to love him with all your heart, and with all your understanding, and with all your strength, and to love your neighbor as yourself,’ is worth more than any burnt offerings and sacrifices. Mark 12:33	And I know it is important to love him with all my heart and all my understanding and all my strength, and to love my neighbor as myself. Dispose my heart to follow your statutes and to flee selfish gain. Psalm 119:36	Give me an eagerness for your laws rather than a love for money! law greed heart
Even should my heart and my flesh fail, God is the rock of my heart and my portion forever. Psalm 73:26	My health may fail, and my spirit may grow weak, but God remains the strength of my heart; he is mine forever. strength life dependence
Thus says the Lord of hosts: Render fair judgments, and show kindness and compassion to one another. Do not oppress the widow, the orphan, the alien, or the poor. Do not plot evil in your heart against one another. Zechariah 7:9-10	This is what the Lord of Heaven’s Armies says: Judge fairly, and show mercy and kindness to one another. Do not oppress widows, orphans, foreigners, and the poor. And do not scheme against each other. evil righteousness neighbor
I seek you with all my heart; do not let me stray from your precepts. Psalm 119:10	I have tried hard to find you— don’t let me wander from your commands. law righteousness heart

I will praise you in sincerity of heart as I ponder your righteous judgments. Psalm 119:7	As I learn your righteous regulations, I will thank you by living as I should! law worship heart
Teach me your ways, O Lord, so that I may walk in your truth; let me worship your name with an undivided heart. Psalm 86:11	Teach me your ways, O Lord, that I may live according to your truth! Grant me purity of heart, so that I may honor you. learning truth reliability
For one believes in the heart and so is justified, and one confesses with the mouth and so is saved. Romans 10:10	For it is by believing in your heart that you are made right with God, and it is by openly declaring your faith that you are saved. faith speaking salvation
I will offer praise to you, O Lord, with my whole heart; I will recount all your wondrous deeds. Psalm 9:2	I will praise you, Lord, with all my heart; I will tell of all the marvelous things you have done. worship gratitude miracles

Rend your hearts and not your garments, and turn back to the Lord, your God. For he is gracious and merciful, slow to anger, rich in kindness, and always prepared to relent from punishing.

“Don’t tear your clothing in your grief, but tear your hearts instead.” Return to the Lord your God, for he is merciful and compassionate, slow to get angry and filled with unfailing love. He is eager to relent and not punish.
