But while Peter was in prison, the church prayed very earnestly for him.Peter was therefore kept in prison, but constant prayer was offered to God for him by the church.
Joyful are those who obey his laws and search for him with all their hearts.Blessed are those who keep His testimonies, Who seek Him with the whole heart!
Taste and see that the Lord is good. Oh, the joys of those who take refuge in him!Oh, taste and see that the Lord is good; Blessed is the man who trusts in Him!
Then the Lord God said, “It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make a helper who is just right for him.”And the Lord God said, “It is not good that man should be alone; I will make him a helper comparable to him.”
And God has given us his Spirit as proof that we live in him and he in us.By this we know that we abide in Him, and He in us, because He has given us of His Spirit.
Every word of God proves true. He is a shield to all who come to him for protection.Every word of God is pure; He is a shield to those who put their trust in Him.
Anyone who eats my flesh and drinks my blood remains in me, and I in him.He who eats My flesh and drinks My blood abides in Me, and I in him.
So obey the commands of the Lord your God by walking in his ways and fearing him. Therefore you shall keep the commandments of the Lord your God, to walk in His ways and to fear Him.
And now, dear children, remain in fellowship with Christ so that when he returns, you will be full of courage and not shrink back from him in shame. And now, little children, abide in Him, that when He appears, we may have confidence and not be ashamed before Him at His coming.

The Lord is my strength and shield. I trust him with all my heart. He helps me, and my heart is filled with joy. I burst out in songs of thanksgiving. The Lord is my strength and my shield; My heart trusted in Him, and I am helped; Therefore my heart greatly rejoices, And with my song I will praise Him.

Dear friends, we are already God’s children, but he has not yet shown us what we will be like when Christ appears. But we do know that we will be like him, for we will see him as he really is. And all who have this eager expectation will keep themselves pure, just as he is pure.Beloved, now we are children of God; and it has not yet been revealed what we shall be, but we know that when He is revealed, we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is. And everyone who has this hope in Him purifies himself, just as He is pure.
Therefore, God elevated him to the place of highest honor and gave him the name above all other names, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth. Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth.

There is no judgment against anyone who believes in him. But when they saw him walking on the water, they cried out in terror, thinking he was a ghost. They were all terrified when they saw him. But Jesus spoke to them at once. “Don’t be afraid,” he said. “Take courage! I am here!”And when they saw Him walking on the sea, they supposed it was a ghost, and cried out; for they all saw Him and were troubled. But immediately He talked with them and said to them, “Be of good cheer! It is I; do not be afraid.”
