Him (3/4)

Then Peter came and said to him, “Lord, if another member of the church sins against me, how often should I forgive? As many as seven times?” Jesus said to him, “Not seven times, but, I tell you, seventy-seven times.”Then came Peter to him, and said, Lord, how oft shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? till seven times? Jesus saith unto him, I say not unto thee, Until seven times: but, Until seventy times seven.
Those who eat must not despise those who abstain, and those who abstain must not pass judgment on those who eat; for God has welcomed them.Let not him that eateth despise him that eateth not; and let not him which eateth not judge him that eateth: for God hath received him.
No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us.Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.
Therefore God also highly exalted him and gave him the name that is above every name, so that at the name of Jesus every knee should bend, in heaven and on earth and under the earth.Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth.
Then Peter began to speak to them: “I truly understand that God shows no partiality, but in every nation anyone who fears him and does what is right is acceptable to him.”Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons: But in every nation he that feareth him, and worketh righteousness, is accepted with him.
But when they saw him walking on the sea, they thought it was a ghost and cried out; for they all saw him and were terrified. But immediately he spoke to them and said, “Take heart, it is I; do not be afraid.”But when they saw him walking upon the sea, they supposed it had been a spirit, and cried out: For they all saw him, and were troubled. And immediately he talked with them, and saith unto them, Be of good cheer: it is I; be not afraid.
I can do all things through him who strengthens me.I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.
While they were there, the time came for her to deliver her child. And she gave birth to her firstborn son and wrapped him in bands of cloth, and laid him in a manger, because there was no place for them in the inn.And so it was, that, while they were there, the days were accomplished that she should be delivered. And she brought forth her firstborn son, and wrapped him in swaddling clothes, and laid him in a manger; because there was no room for them in the inn.
When he had said this, as they were watching, he was lifted up, and a cloud took him out of their sight. And when he had spoken these things, while they beheld, he was taken up; and a cloud received him out of their sight.
And we are witnesses to these things, and so is the Holy Spirit whom God has given to those who obey him.And we are his witnesses of these things; and so is also the Holy Ghost, whom God hath given to them that obey him.
All who obey his commandments abide in him, and he abides in them. And by this we know that he abides in us, by the Spirit that he has given us.And he that keepeth his commandments dwelleth in him, and he in him. And hereby we know that he abideth in us, by the Spirit which he hath given us.
For he has graciously granted you the privilege not only of believing in Christ, but of suffering for him as well. For unto you it is given in the behalf of Christ, not only to believe on him, but also to suffer for his sake.
This God—his way is perfect; the promise of the Lord proves true; he is a shield for all who take refuge in him.As for God, his way is perfect: the word of the Lord is tried: he is a buckler to all those that trust in him.
Indeed, God did not send the Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him.For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
Over his head they put the charge against him, which read, “This is Jesus, the King of the Jews.”And set up over his head his accusation written, This Is Jesus The King Of The Jews.
For I decided to know nothing among you except Jesus Christ, and him crucified. For I determined not to know any thing among you, save Jesus Christ, and him crucified.
For ‘In him we live and move and have our being’; as even some of your own poets have said, ‘For we too are his offspring.’For in him we live, and move, and have our being; as certain also of your own poets have said, For we are also his offspring.
Sing to God, sing praises to his name; lift up a song to him who rides upon the clouds — his name is the Lord— be exultant before him. Father of orphans and protector of widows is God in his holy habitation.Sing unto God, sing praises to his name: extol him that rideth upon the heavens by his name Jah, and rejoice before him. A father of the fatherless, and a judge of the widows, is God in his holy habitation.
And this is the boldness we have in him, that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us.And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us.
I want to know Christ and the power of his resurrection and the sharing of his sufferings by becoming like him in his death. That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death.
This God—his way is perfect; the promise of the Lord proves true; he is a shield for all who take refuge in him.As for God, his way is perfect; the word of the Lord is tried: he is a buckler to all them that trust in him.
For if we have been united with him in a death like his, we will certainly be united with him in a resurrection like his. We know that our old self was crucified with him so that the body of sin might be destroyed, and we might no longer be enslaved to sin.For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection: Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin.
Those who eat my flesh and drink my blood abide in me, and I in them.He that eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, dwelleth in me, and I in him.
Only fear the Lord, and serve him faithfully with all your heart; for consider what great things he has done for you.Only fear the Lord, and serve him in truth with all your heart: for consider how great things he hath done for you.
But those who drink of the water that I will give them will never be thirsty. The water that I will give will become in them a spring of water gushing up to eternal life. But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life.

Now to him who by the power at work within us is able to accomplish abundantly far more than all we can ask or imagine, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen. Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us, Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen.
