One who has my commandments and keeps them, that person is one who loves me. One who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I will love him, and will reveal myself to him.Anyone who has received my commandments and observes them is the one who loves me. And whoever loves me will be loved by my Father, and I will love him and reveal myself to him.
My little children, let’s not love in word only, or with the tongue only, but in deed and truth.Dear children, let us love not in word or speech but in deed and truth.
In love of the brothers be tenderly affectionate to one another; in honor prefer one another.Love one another with genuine affection. Esteem others more highly than yourself.

Even so husbands also ought to love their own wives as their own bodies. He who loves his own wife loves himself.In the same way, husbands should love their wives as they do their own bodies. The man who loves his wife loves himself.

If I have the gift of prophecy, and know all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but don’t have love, I am nothing.If I have the gift of prophecy and the ability to understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and have all the faith necessary to move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing.
In this is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son as the atoning sacrifice for our sins.This is what love is: not that we have loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as expiation for our sins.
No one can serve two masters, for either he will hate the one and love the other, or else he will be devoted to one and despise the other. For I command you today to love Yahweh your God, to walk in his ways and to keep his commandments, his statutes, and his ordinances, that you may live and multiply, and that Yahweh your God may bless you in the land where you go in to possess it.If you obey the command that I give you today, to love the Lord, your God, and to walk in his ways, and to observe his commandments, statutes, and decrees, then you will live and multiply, and the Lord, your God, will bless you in the land that you are entering to possess.

By this we know love, because he laid down his life for us. And we ought to lay down our lives for the brothers.This is how we know what love is: he laid down his life for us, and we in turn must be prepared to lay down our lives for our brethren.
