- But our God is in the heavens.
He does whatever he pleases. - For we all stumble in many things. Anyone who doesn’t stumble in word is a perfect person, able to bridle the whole body also.
- He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High
will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.
I will say of Yahweh, “He is my refuge and my fortress;
my God, in whom I trust.” - Whatever you do, in word or in deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.
- I made known to them your name, and will make it known; that the love with which you loved me may be in them, and I in them.
- Rejoice in the Lord always! Again I will say, “Rejoice!”
- And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which also you were called in one body, and be thankful.

like a watch in the night. - Therefore, my beloved brothers, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the Lord’s work, because you know that your labor is not in vain in the Lord.
- “Can anyone hide himself in secret places
so that I can’t see him?” says Yahweh.
“Don’t I fill heaven and earth?” says Yahweh. - For the whole law is fulfilled in one word, in this: “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.”
- God is our refuge and strength,
a very present help in trouble. - My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.
- I wait for Yahweh.
My soul waits.
I hope in his word. - Always rejoice. Pray without ceasing. In everything give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus toward you.
- Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope in the power of the Holy Spirit.
- Know therefore today, and take it to heart, that Yahweh himself is God in heaven above and on the earth beneath. There is no one else.
