| Blessed are those whose ways are blameless, who walk according to Yahweh’s law. | Joyful are people of integrity, who follow the instructions of the Lord. |
| Also delight yourself in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart. | Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you your heart’s desires. |
| Yahweh’s blessing brings wealth, and he adds no trouble to it. | The blessing of the Lord makes a person rich, and he adds no sorrow with it. |
| Who is he who overcomes the world, but he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God? | And who can win this battle against the world? Only those who believe that Jesus is the Son of God. |
