Matthew 24:24 (4/5)

Go and learn what this means, ‘I desire mercy, not sacrifice.’ For I have come to call not the righteous but sinners. But go ye and learn what that meaneth, I will have mercy, and not sacrifice: for I am not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.
Cure the sick, raise the dead, cleanse the lepers, cast out demons. You received without payment; give without payment.Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely ye have received, freely give.
Do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul; rather fear him who can destroy both soul and body in hell. And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.
Are not two sparrows sold for a penny? Yet not one of them will fall to the ground apart from your Father. And even the hairs of your head are all counted. So do not be afraid; you are of more value than many sparrows. Are not two sparrows sold for a farthing? and one of them shall not fall on the ground without your Father. But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear ye not therefore, ye are of more value than many sparrows.
Do not think that I have come to bring peace to the earth; I have not come to bring peace, but a sword.Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
And whoever does not take up the cross and follow me is not worthy of me.And he that taketh not his cross, and followeth after me, is not worthy of me.
Those who find their life will lose it, and those who lose their life for my sake will find it.He that findeth his life shall lose it: and he that loseth his life for my sake shall find it.
Come to me, all you that are weary and are carrying heavy burdens, and I will give you rest.Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me; for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.
How much more valuable is a human being than a sheep! So it is lawful to do good on the sabbath. How much then is a man better than a sheep? Wherefore it is lawful to do well on the sabbath days.
Therefore I tell you, people will be forgiven for every sin and blasphemy, but blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven.Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men.
Whoever speaks a word against the Son of Man will be forgiven, but whoever speaks against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven, either in this age or in the age to come. And whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but whosoever speaketh against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, neither in the world to come.
I tell you, on the day of judgment you will have to give an account for every careless word you utter. But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment.
As for what was sown among thorns, this is the one who hears the word, but the cares of the world and the lure of wealth choke the word, and it yields nothing. He also that received seed among the thorns is he that heareth the word; and the care of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, choke the word, and he becometh unfruitful.
He said to them, “But who do you say that I am?” Simon Peter answered, “You are the Messiah, the Son of the living God.”He saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am? And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God.
And I tell you, you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of Hades will not prevail against it.And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.
I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven, and whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven. And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.
For those who want to save their life will lose it, and those who lose their life for my sake will find it.For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: and whosoever will lose his life for my sake shall find it.
For what will it profit them if they gain the whole world but forfeit their life? Or what will they give in return for their life? For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?
While he was still speaking, suddenly a bright cloud overshadowed them, and from the cloud a voice said, “This is my Son, the Beloved; with him I am well pleased; listen to him!”While he yet spake, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them: and behold a voice out of the cloud, which said, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased; hear ye him.
He said to them, “Because of your little faith. For truly I tell you, if you have faith the size of a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you.”And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.
If another member of the church sins against you, go and point out the fault when the two of you are alone. If the member listens to you, you have regained that one. Moreover if thy brother shall trespass against thee, go and tell him his fault between thee and him alone: if he shall hear thee, thou hast gained thy brother.
If the member refuses to listen to them, tell it to the church; and if the offender refuses to listen even to the church, let such a one be to you as a Gentile and a tax collector. And if he shall neglect to hear them, tell it unto the church: but if he neglect to hear the church, let him be unto thee as an heathen man and a publican.
For where two or three are gathered in my name, I am there among them. For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.
Then Peter came and said to him, “Lord, if another member of the church sins against me, how often should I forgive? Jesus saith unto him, I say not unto thee, Until seven times: but, Until seventy times seven.

He answered, “Have you not read that the one who made them at the beginning ‘made them male and female,’ and said, ‘For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh’?
