And suddenly a voice came from heaven, saying, “This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.”And a voice came from heaven, saying, “This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.”
But if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.But if you do not forgive others, then your Father will not forgive your transgressions.
But let your ‘Yes’ be ‘Yes,’ and your ‘No,’ ‘No.’ For whatever is more than these is from the evil one.All you need to do is to say ‘Yes’ if you mean ‘Yes’ and ‘No’ if you mean ‘No.’ Anything beyond this comes from the evil one.
Therefore you also be ready, for the Son of Man is coming at an hour you do not expect.Therefore, you must also be prepared, because the Son of Man will come at an hour when you do not expect him.
He who finds his life will lose it, and he who loses his life for My sake will find it.Whoever finds his life will lose it, and whoever loses his life for my sake will find it.
From that time Jesus began to preach and to say, “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.”From that day forward Jesus began to proclaim the message: “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is close at hand.”
Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and the door will be opened to you.
But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you.But I say to you: Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you.
Do not think that I came to bring peace on earth. I did not come to bring peace but a sword.Do not think that I have come to bring peace to the earth. I have not come to bring peace but a sword.
And they put up over His head the accusation written against Him: THIS IS JESUS THE KING OF THE JEWS.Above his head was inscribed the charge against him: “This is Jesus, the King of the Jews.”
Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness’ sake, For theirs is the kingdom of heaven.Blessed are those who are persecuted in the cause of justice, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Of how much more value then is a man than a sheep? Therefore it is lawful to do good on the Sabbath.How much more valuable a man is than a sheep! Therefore, it is lawful to do good on the Sabbath.
Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves.Be on guard against false prophets who come to you disguised in sheep’s clothing, but who inwardly are ravenous wolves.
When Jesus heard that, He said to them, “Those who are well have no need of a physician, but those who are sick.”When Jesus heard this, he said, “It is not the healthy who need a physician, but rather those who are sick.”
But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.Rather, seek the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.
And why do you look at the speck in your brother’s eye, but do not consider the plank in your own eye?Why do you take note of the splinter in your brother’s eye but do not notice the wooden plank in your own eye?
But Jesus looked at them and said to them, “With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”Jesus looked at them and said, “For men this is impossible, but for God all things are possible.”
For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake will find it.For whoever wishes to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake will find it.
Watch and pray, lest you enter into temptation. The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.Stay awake and pray that you may not enter into temptation. The spirit is indeed willing, but the flesh is weak.
Just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many.In the same way, the Son of Man did not come to be served but rather to serve and to give his life as a ransom for many.
Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out demons. Freely you have received, freely give.Cure the sick, raise the dead, cleanse those who have leprosy, drive out demons. You received without payment; give in the same way.
And she will bring forth a Son, and you shall call His name Jesus, for He will save His people from their sins.She will give birth to a son, and you shall name him Jesus, for he will save his people from their sins.
Therefore, whatever you want men to do to you, do also to them, for this is the Law and the Prophets.In everything, deal with others as you would like them to deal with you. This is the Law and the Prophets.
But I say to you that for every idle word men may speak, they will give account of it in the day of judgment.I tell you that on the day of judgment people will have to render an account for every careless word they utter.
Do not think that I came to destroy the Law or the Prophets. I did not come to destroy but to fulfill.Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets. I have come not to abolish but to fulfill them.

Jesus said to him, ‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’Jesus said to him, ‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind.’
